THE O/S INDICATORS OF MY 1995 X300 DAIMLER DOUBLE SIX ARE FLASHING AT DOUBLE SPEED AS IF THERE IS A BULB OUT!
THE 'BULB FAIL' WARNING ILLUMINATES WHENEVER THE O/S IS SELECTED BUT ALL BULBS ARE WORKING.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OF WHERE TO LOOK?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Direction indicators flashing fast.
There is a new development on this; I have realised that the hazard flashers only flash at double speed with the ignition ON. When the ignition is turned OFF the hazards flash normally. Someone please help.
I agree with jac tech, I reckon a bulb failure module has failed, it will be the one on the side of the car where you have the double speed flash, and probably the front one, these fail on a regular basis on XJ40, but are better on 300's but they are all getting old now. Either replace it with a known to be good secondhand unit from one of the well known breakers, NE Jag Spares, Euro Jag, Mac Millans etc, or open it up and check for and repair any dry joints you find, personally for the time and trouble I would just replace it

Thanks robv12
Please can you advise where to fing the BFM? I have tried changing the large module in the boot, near to the battery, with three 'known to be good' units and none of them made any difference! is there more than one BFM & where are they sited?
