LOOKING FOR A 6.0 V12 ENGINE

I'm in need of a known to be good XJ40 V12 6.0 engine, will also consider a running car with u/s bodywork, but must have tax and mot to get it back to Scotland, will aslo look at a similar X300 6.0 V12 once I find out if the two will swap, anyone got any ideas on whether this can be done,

jaguar shows same part numbers for pistons, liners, and cylinder heads, but different for the crank and block, are they different or is this jaguar superceding part numbers???
