x300/x40 aux gauges backlight

Hi can anyone tell me how to remove gauge panel to replace light to battery condition gauge. Thanx lester.

remove the drivers knee bolster, then from underneath the whole pod is held on by 4 cross head screws, two are easy to fins, the other two are acccessed by going through the black plastic trim panels on the undersice of the dash pack, pull upwrads and backwards, job done, 15 mins max

then dismantle the pod itself

have a look at buying a JDHT CD rom workshop manual and parts list for the car, all the info is in there, i wouldn't be without mine
