I have an Jaguar xj40 1992 model. When I turn power off the s/lamp power relay and aux/side relay start clicking and the bumper lights starts blinking at the same speed as the relays. Anyone who have an idea of what can be wrong ?

Inge,

My first suspect would be the so-called lighting logic module: this is a printed circuit board built into the front top side of the dash.
That unit governs the exterior lights as well as the hazard lights.

A couple of phillips screws below the dash panel keep things into place, remove those and you should have good access.
Look for corroded/dirty connectors as well as dry solder joints on the circuit board.

This is what the thing looks like:

NB: connectors on yours might be slightly different, XJ40s had many electronics changes over the years...
