Armoured low miles XJ40 at auction

Spotted this interesting, low mileage (c.5000 miles) 'Forty coming up for auction in Bicester next month. Armoured too! Shame about the LHD though...

This has been floating around a while. Beside the low mileage, I cant think of any real reason to buy a armoured car? Heavier and slower?
It will be unique though and no doubt a talking point. But at what price?

Some of these cars are for export only.
