Love it.

I wish there was a decent motoring magazine show on TV these days. There's a place for TopGear don't get me wrong - it's very often hilarious. I just want someone to walk around and give me a 30 minute moving-pictures version of Autocar and/or Classic Car Buyer. If they could borrow the TopGear camera men every so often, so much the better.

Stop it! I paid £1500 + road tax for an X300 with a hole in it :(

sorry, but there it is, fact, the vendor listed the faults very openly, so to day I have mostly been fixing a 40 in the snow, two new rear bump stops, new rotor arm to get rid of a misfire under load, stopped a pas fliud leak (i hope!!), fitted a new stat to keep Mrs J warm, had the back seat out, door trim off, to open a rear door with the child lock on and a broken exterior handle, new handle fitted, fitted a repalcement ashtray veneer, fitted a replacemant radio mast, keeps Mrs J happy if she has tunes while driving (or crashing!!), rewired the non working number plate lights

still to do, fit new discs and pads supplied with the car at the front, frankly too damn cold to lie in the snow today, Mrs J will have to shudder to a stop until next weekend, she has music, will be toasty warm and get exit throught the rear door if she wishes, what more could a girl want??

dash lights need to be fixed, in the dark we can see how fast we are going, but not how far and at how many MPG's, odd heater panel bulbs are also out

best of it was the cost, zero, zilch, diddly squat, all parts came from "stock" and the discs and pads to go on came with the car from the vendor, a good day at Jenner Towers today

apologies wandered off topic here!!
