Does anyone know of a headlining supplier?

Hi,

My headling is past its best and I want to replace it. My '93 model Sovereign has a Savile grey headliner with a sunroof. It needs to colour match the flange fairly closely so is probably more colour sensitive than a non sunroof car.

I have made quite a few enquiries and received lots of samples, unfortunately none of them are even close and I want to keep the car original looking if at all possible.

So far I have tried:

Woolies: correct material, wrong colour.

GB Classic parts: similar material, wrong colour.

Myrtle: similar material, wrong colour.

Martrim: similar material, wrong colour.

J Skinner: similar material, wrong colour.

AS trim (on Ebay): similar material, wrong colour.

Aldridge: wrong material, correct colour.

The only one which is close in colour (the others are miles off) is Aldridge. Unfortunately, the material is wrong. Rather than a nylon cloth backed with 3mm scrim foam, it is made from a material similar to the fur flex of the sunroof flange but with slightly longer fibres - the whole fabric is 3mm thick. It isn't unpleasant but I'm concerned it will be very obviously a later addition.

Do any of you know of a supplier who stocks the correct fabric in the correct colour? I'm amazed (even baffled) that no one I have asked is even close - it is hardly a rare car!!

this is the whole new savile cloth covered biscuits headlining section , with sunroof aperture ,

Thanks for the reply Brakebuster, I appreciate it.

I have seen the headliner on the JDHT website, but unfortunately they sold off all the sunroof panels on special offer a couple of years ago and now don't have any left to go with the headliners they have.
My original sunroof panel isn't great to be honest and would look terrible next to a lovely new headlining. I really kick myself for not buying one of the sunroof panels now - they were only about £5.
