Central locking gone crazy!

Hi I have a 1993 4 Ltr saloon. Sometimes when I turn the key the door buttons go up and down about 6 times before locking. Also the locks can open themselves, yes ar'nt they wonderful! This can happen at home or in the carpark where I work or I suppose anywere, so its not a case of someone elses zapper doing the job. Help please! Will

I have solved my Central Locking problem, myself by accident! As the boot lock was a little stiff I gave it a shot of WD40. I then decided to remove the boot lid liner and do likewise to the mechanism. Result Central locking is now operating properly.
