XJ40 MEET UP 2013

loads of warning this year!!, the XJ40 meet up 2013 will be at Donnington Park race track, Saturday August 24th

We are tying this in with a JEC race meeting, our own Terry Dye is hoping to get us paddock passes and a special display area, although the entrance fee on the day will have to be paid

There will be the opportunity to meet the drivers, have a close up look at the race cars, and for the youngsters a chance to sit in the cars and have pictures taken

As I write, The Premier Inn, East Midlands has advance rooms available at £32, a bargain, many of us are staying over on the Saturday night to have a meal and a few beers, feel free to join us

Anyone travelling on the Friday, please let me know as I will be staying over on the Friday as well

We are 20 cars and 40 odd heads at the moment, if you want to join in on a good day out, please let me know, as I will need to convey numbers to Terry as we get closer

news in today Jaguar Heritage will be supplying a car for the day, looks like it will be the XJ40 V12 Coupe, rarely seen in the flesh, this will be your chance to get up close and personel with it
