You can download a booking form for the seminars here:

Note that there is also a V12 engine seminar on 22nd October which will be of interest for those lucky enough to have one of the great last 6 litre V12 X300s

just got back from the V12 engine seminar at Castle Bromwich, what a great day, 8 hours of knowledge crammed into my tiny brain, all dispeneded with consumate ease and supreme knowledge by David Marks, the lunch wasn't half bad as well

we still have spaces left for the 300 event, if you own one of these cars, you simlpy cannot afford to miss it, the best £65 quid you will spend, attending on the day will be David Marks who will run the day, Andy Stodart who is Mr XJR6, Andy was THE guy who did all the XJR fuel maps at Jaguar and has limitless knowledge of these engines, Nigel Thorley our Editor, Tony Ridge our PR Director, and myself

book now while you can

Regarding the forthcoming X-300 Seminar the Club is organising. We only get the opportunity to run 6 of these highly praised seminars each year during the quieter part of the season (winter/spring) and we have to cover as many models as possible to satisfy the needs of the membership.
The X-300 seminar on 12th November will therefore be the LAST OPPORTUNITY to participate in a seminar on this model for some consdierable time. We are already planning the seminars for 2012/2013 and there will not be time and space to run another on the X-300 models again in that time.
So, take advantage of this seminar if you own an XJ6 or XJ12 built between 1994 and 1997 or are thinking of buying one. Meet up with like-minded enthusiasts to find out more about the cars whether you own one, are looking for one or fancy one sometime!
The X-300 saloons were, in many respects, the last Jaguars that the home mechanic can confidently work on, good ones are getting rarer to find now as they get older and with higher mileages so take this opportunity to learn more about these fine cars.
Don't think the seminar will be too "high tech" for you. We don't expect anyone to come away and rebuild their car the next day but a little knowledge is veryuseful and you will certainly pick up tips on these cars.
We offer a great day out, excellent food and fun. Get booked now, remember you must pre-book either using the booking form on the internet or email the organiser NIgel Thorley or ring 01302 771818 to book or find out more information.

At the excellent V12 seminar Dave Marks modestly said that he always manages to learn something new at the Club seminars. If that's true, imagine how much more the rest of us learn! Most work on the X300 range of models (the next seminar) can be tackled by a competent enthusiast armed with the knowledge imparted on the day. At a seminar cost of less than a full tank of fuel, just one small nugget of information gained easily pays for the outlay. I wouldn't willingly miss a seminar about any of the cars I run. I've always come away knowing something new and valuable for the long term health of my cars, on top of which the opportunity to meet fellow members on a day out is a bonus! :D Mike.
