using auto gearbox from xj40

hi i have two daimler v8s in bits and would love to use auto box from xj40 as it is a far better gearbox than the borg warner so has anyone found a conversion plate etc to do this mod.I would use modified linkage to retain column shift as i have no need to stick shift an auto on the road! any helpor advise would be very much appreciated

Try Graham Whitehouse Autos in Halesowen near Birmingham... They definitely know their stuff!!!! tel 0121 559 9800 They know the BGs intimately (better than anyone!) - I should know I've had my fair share of problems and tried other pplaces before landing with them and theysolved everything. Even before taking the car to them they were very helpful with advice on the phone.
