MK2 with 4.2 XJ engine

HI,
I have a MK2, the original 2.4 engine was knackered, I now have a 4.2 which I am told will fit, any advice on suspension and what I need to purchase for the extra weight etc or if you have any experience in fitting the 4.2 in the space, I plan on using the original 2.4 gearbox, prop and rear axle, I think i may have to have the prop shortened.
