Car will only run on full choke.

Hi a Guys, I have a 2.4 MK2 fitted with twin Solex B32 PBI-5 carburettors. My problem is the car only runs on full choke, even when the engine has reached normal operating temperature it cuts out once the choke is pushed back in. When the engine is running on choke at normal operating temperature it also cuts out as soon as the throttle pedal is even slightly pushed down.
The car hasn’t been used for a while, so I have put in some fresh fuel, the car ran fine when it was used last.
Any advice would be most appreciated

Hi guys, I think I have sorted the carburettor problem. When I removed the top from both carbs the fuel chamber on the front carb was totally empty, it was due to the fuel needle valve being stuck. I stripped both carbs the best I could and cleaned all parts with carb cleaner. The car now seems to run fine now other than running slightly rich, it will probably take some more fiddling with to sort that bit out.
