The seals around my no draft vent windows are pretty much completely perished and in need of replacement (as I discovered yesterday!). Can anybody tell me please how the seals are fixed in position (glue?) and how easy they are to replace?

Re: NDV front quarter light window seals
Hi Rick,
I've fitted new quarterlight seals on my Daimler 420 Sovereign and as far as I remember, the seals slid into the frame without any adhesive. They are an absolute pig to fit - I think I lubricated them with WD40 to make the job easier but it's still a struggle!
Good Luck!

Thank you Aceman. I’ll dig out my WD40 and give it a go over the weekend.

Re: NDV front quarter light window seals
A quiet afternoon so I had a go. As you said Aceman, the seal “slides” into a grove in the window frame; using lube was a top tip combined with a flat bladed screwdriver and a bit of patience. Took about 20 minutes to do one side. My top tip to anyone else doing this is, start fitting the seal in the top corner of the quarter light.
