jag 3.8 S type spares

hi i have just bought a 1965 3.8s type and found that the bottom cover plate for the torque converter/flywheel housing is missing. jag pt No C6863
any ideas where i might get one??

I would try G Whitehouse Autos Ltd, tel:- 0121 559 9800.

They rebuild an awful lot of R-R, Jaguar and Aston transmissions and have a large stock of new and used parts.

However, keep in mind someone may have left off that cover on purpose to assist cooling in traffic.

I have dealt a few times with this company on a professional basis, when I was in business, and always found them to be good.
