1966 3.8S Cylinder head overhaul

Dear Enthusiasts,
I have a 1966 3.8 S Type which has been stored for the last 30yrs and I am currently putting it back together. I had the head 'serviced' early in 1980 and new exhaust valves/guides were fitted.
I have now removed all the valves and lapped them with fine paste to assess the condition of the seats. All the exhausts look OK with nice matt contact area but a couple of the inlet seats look slightly pitted. I am loathe to keep lapping with coarse/fine paste as I could end up with uneaven seats.
I would now like a professional assessment to determine whether it is worth getting the seats re-cut or replaced. (currently the tappet gap spacers are around 100 thou)
I am based in Hitchin, Herts. and wonder if any of you might be able to point me in the right direction.
