Oil return hose

Hi All, Looking to replace the small oil hose that connects the filter to the sump. Its leaking and annoying me to the extreme in that although its rust proofing the underside of my car nicely, its requiring little oil top ups that. Does anyone know where to order this part? Its a MK1 3.4.
