Hi all , I am in the process of rebuilding a 3.8 engine to place in my 240 . by the engine number the 3.8 engine come out of a 63-64 MK10 .
Looking at the flywheel , it looks like it is from a E-type , cast iron 104 teeth and weighs around 6kg , can anyone confirm it is from a E-type , and would it be ok to use on the MK2 ?

Have been told by our friends over the pond , it is in fact a lightweight E-type flywheel !
