Heating

Postby SandysMK2 » Fri Feb 01, 2008 11:08 am

We are having a problem getting hot air into the cat.Tom at TLC Jaguars has taken it all to bits and ,there's a new matrix, new tap/control,the pipes are good, the flaps and controls all work, but no heat.

Any ideas please?

Sandy

Hello Sandy,

forgive me for stating the obvious, but is there an air lock?
I also take it that with the blower running you can feel air flow in the cabin\screen?

Just joined the forum so you may have solved it by now.
When you say "pipes are good" is that the rubber hose as I am told that the metal pipes across the rear of the engine canget furred up. I am about to gve my system the once over as the heater is fairly pathetic and the metal pipes is one thing advised to me.
