Hello all, I may be new to the jec but I have owned this particular MK2 for several years, I mainly have Jensen's but like probably a vast majority of you, I grew up with my parents owning these and have very fond memories of being picked up from school in "The Jag". What intrigues me with this one is she has 4 holes drilled in the front wings around the grill area and one in the centre of the roof, her reg number is OJC487, and she was/is maroon. If it were just the holes in the front wings I would suggest it had some kind of spotlight bar fitted at some point but the hole in the roof suggests possibly ex police? If you can help in any way I would be delighted to learn any other details.

Don't expect ex-Police if a 2.4L. Manual or Auto?
This vehicle should've had its first MOT in 1966 if on the road -- that there's no MOT record at all indicates no test since 2004/05 though.
Your next line of research would be via Heritage Haritage Trust.
They'll supply a Heritage Certificate for a small fee that may tell you what the first dealership was or first owner
Make your request with your VIN (chassis number) to archive@jaguarheritage.com
A "*JC" registration could indicate Bangor first registration area
