How many 3.8 LHD?

Being new to the club I hope to get help here at the Mk2 forum. I know that 30,141 Mk2 3.8 litre cars were manufactured between 1959 and 1967. However, I would like to know how many of those were LHD and how many were RHD? The reason is that despite being the largest produced model, it is the least offered today in Scandinavia and Germany.
