XJ8 - spares or repair - offers welcome

My beloved Antigua blue XJ8 will likely fail its MOT next month.
The price of four P zeroes and welding on the wonky drivers' seat add up to £800-ish. Cash I cannot afford at the moment.
And that's the bits I know about - not that I have any reason to suspect there are other faults..
It's a 21-year-old car which drives beautifully but it does have a few age-related issues. Rust at the bottom of the two front wings, that wonky seat, ageing tyres, saggy headliner and the failure of the key fob entry which means you have to lock the door manually.
However, the rest of the car is fine. Engine, gearbox, air con, stereo, etc all in good order. It had a new alternator last year and only has 127k on the clock. It's the 4-litre V8 by the way.
I would hate to scrap this car or get a derisory trade-in from a dealer.
Does anyone want it for a reasonable price? I'm based in Cranbrook, Kent.
