As the next bodyshop bill for my next Mk IX will be due shortly, am selling one or the other of my XJ8s

I've now sold the XJ8 4.0L LWB so no need for the gruel.

My 3.2L is still up for sale until I complete the 4.0L's sale later this week. Then it's out to get its tensioner sorted.
Doesn't click-click-click when cold started but hey, at 122k its just waiting to give no doubt.

I've had the timing chain tensioner checked and one or two other things done. So it's for sale again -- this time at what I think it's worth -- at last prices are starting to reflect what a fine car the X308 was.

Of the two, the Sport offers the harder ride, just perceptibly
The Sport has the higher miles, longer MOT, but more previous keepers
The standard Exec has the shorter current MOT, lower miles, and only four previous keepers. It has power fold electro-chromic dimming mirrors and metallic paintwork
Both have metal timing chain tensioners, and steel cylinder liners
