Recommended Suppliers Handbook Survey

Is everyone aware of the "Handbook of Recommended Suppliers" survey that is in progress at the moment?
For the benefit of JEC members outside this Forum would you recommend your Service Agent /parts supplier to the membership at large?
If so please complete and return the Survey Form supplied in a recent magazine or,more simply, follow the link on the Member Zone Home Page and enter the details into the "Recommended Suppliers On-Line Survey"
Most JEC Members want to know about our trusted parts and service agents(or anyone who provides Jaguar Services) and where they are. This is what the forthcoming Handbook is designed to provide.

I have just found the on-line directory of Jaguar Specialists, Suppliers etc and would like to congratulate all those concerned in its construction.

For those who haven't yet tried, go to the members' home page (the one with the list of Forums down the right hand side) and click on the "Recommended Suppliers" button. You can then select your part of the country (or anyone else's for that matter) and browse away to your heart's content.

It's great. Thanks JEC. It's worth the membership sub on its own!!

I agree, the site looks excellent. It will come in exremely handy as I'm about to move house and will need to find a good garage.

Having just moved to Flitwick, Beds. I tried to find BHP at 50 Barton road Milton Keynes, only to be told that they'd moved and the new people didn't know where to. A complete wasted journey.
I am now trying someone who advertised in local paper who is based in Luton.

Agree Paul - that is not good!

The weird thing is that if you click on the Website Link for BHP Automotive (in the JEC online directory) it actually takes you to BHP Automotive Training - which makes no mention of any Jaguar or other practical mechanics connection. Clicking the "Contact" button brings up a different Milton Keynes address and telephone number.

Perhaps the JEC should investigate via the member who recommended BHP for inclusion in the Directory; it certainly highlights the need for any member who "sponsors" an entry to report if the details change.
