The only way I know to reset them is to pull out the fuses and then refit them again. Then try the window but you may have to hold the switch in the up position.

This may be too late as I have only just seen your post. You can buy headlamp adjusters through ebay and fit them yourself. Alternatively there is a headlamp exchange service on there also. Sorry I can't answer your question. I have often wondered how to find out how many of a certain colour were made. There are not many white x types out there or Lazuli Blue. I had a Phoenix Red x type and I didn't see many of them either.
