I have a scissor lift that lifts my xk8 no problem at all it is without doubt the best tool I have ever purchased cost around 1200 but worth every penny access is good and I have not tackled anything that it has got in the way of yet

I have had another look at it and I think there is plenty of room if you just remove the fans - the only issue I can see might be around the puller for the crank pulley - but there still seems to be a lot of room.
I have a lift so that makes life loads easier as you say.

Gents I have an xk8 coupe 2002 model and the passenger door window has just started to lose its memory setting - I am able to re set it in the normal way by driving the window up and down waiting for the solenoid click and it works for a while then plays up again - symptoms as if you have dis connec...

If it is the same as my 2002 xk8 it is one of the easiest jobs you will ever do on the car - four bolts that hold it on easy to see and get at -power steering pipes again not to difficult and track rod ends -mine as I guess yours will just drops out the bottom
