I have been looking for original front fog lamps for my 1996 XJS.....been looking on eBay and any that appear are very expensive....and as for the Jaguar covers.......

Anyway is the Hella 155 lamp the same? I see them appearing more often......or were they fitted to earlier XJS?

The bulbs I used are Osram silver coated amber bulbs on Amazon.....chrome indicator sidelight bulbs......

As for the reflector, I used some sticky window tint 35%.(ebay) Cut a template and then stick to the lens...….its a bit fiddly but can be removed if you want to go back to standard!

So having fitted the clear lenses the side reflectors then stood out.....so have 'hidden' them a little.....







Still undecided if its ok or not....but it can all be put back to original easily!

I have a 2nd hand one......pm for details...photo etc.

I need a set of 4 side reflectors for a big bumper xjs...

So, are your clear lenses just some photoshopping or did you actually find some? If so, where? I quite like the idea of those on my 4 litre.

Just been reading a piece in JWM Magazine about a XJS Superchrged 4.0...….

One of the things that caught my eye was the clear indicator lenses fitted to the front and side....any ideas where these may have come from?

The XJS in question was a Celebration model.

So both the V12 and Six LWB had it as an option.....that I didn't know.

They are few and far between and I know of only one on Ebay at present!
