Some parts that I have that might help: A Rear back rest in excellent condition with narrow pleats and a set of seats from a series 2 which need a bit of restoration with the wider pleats. All in biscuit colour.

Remember it well, and bought one at the time. Can't remember where it was advertised or how much. Great quality and exactly like the original. Seems a long time ago, maybe even 15 years or more. Unfortunately it sits gathering dust on the bookshelf waiting for the day to be fitted.

Just looking at the old Haynes manual from 1980. It gives the ride height for a V12 saloon as 611mm to centre of headlights and XJS as 6in (152mm) from ground to front subframe. Guess other engine models would be the same.

I had a number of items rechromed a few years ago; including bumpers and overriders.
I used ACF Howell in Walsall and can certainly recommend them. I was very happy with the quality.
