I don't know where you live Stuart but I have a really nice low mileage 305 Daimler DS. It's not for sale, but if you want to drive it to feel and see how they should run your welcome to take it for a spin. (Lancashire)

After talking to David my mind is at peace. I'm used to pulling motorbikes and the odd Jeep Wrangler to bits and those cam chains are dripping with oil. On the V12 a hint of oil is OK. Took the car on a 75 mile run today, no problems.

The cam chain on my 6ltr V12 is dry (no noticeable oil). The engine has only done 22000 miles, is showing good oil pressure and was serviced 600 miles ago. Having never owned a V12 I'd like to know is this normal, if not what could be the problem?
