Can anyone advise on the rear bumper removal. I am looking at trying to sort the parking sensors so thought i would start with a contact clean etc.

In the not too distant past i had an intermitant bleeping as soon as i put the car in reverse. This was worse in the winter or after i had the car washed. In the summer the parking sensors were ok so this led me to the conclusion a sensor was defective. The boot is bone dry as is the parking module....

Many thanks, Mike i will go and have a look. What is the MAP sensor then and where is it. This is what the garage said they replaced but i have my doubts given the symptons returning so soon.

I`m inclined to wonder if either the throttle body TAC module, throttle position pot or the throttle pedal or their circuits may have an issue. Failure of any one of those three feed backs (out of limits) might give the fault you describe. As you also say, I suppose it could be a fuel delivery issu...
