Water fell down on gear shift panel on my 2008 XJR, will now not shift out of Park. Dealer proposes changing the unit. I am looking at internet, finding various prices. Anyone has a functioning C2C36038? My top panel is in good condition it is the function I am looking for. Best regards Ragnar Carst...

My needs to be exchanged, after water dripped own to the gear-shifr. After that, <I could not change the gear position from P.
The shop says it has to be exchanged. Has anyone else had same trouble???

2004 xjr, 2008 XJR, Deceased XJ6 Series 3, Daimler double six, XJ40 12.

I am dissatisfied with the sound level of the wind noise when driving fast.
Why in my opinion excessive noise?
Rubber strips around the doors dry?
Just the aerodynamics of the car?

Anything I could do?

I have had the same problem.
Changed from GN Resound to Phonak, 2 years ago because of this

Very irritating, but bearable with the phonak.
I sometimes take out my right hearing aid, it helps with only the left in.

I have got hearing aids. When I am in the car, ignition on, there is a ticking (I can't find a better word in my dictionary) sound. If I sit in the passengers seat, it is very disturbing. If I try to cover the opening over the pillar between front and back door, right hand side, it diminishes. Ayone...
