Have got all winter to make a decision.

Having just changed my XK8 coupe for a convertible am interested in any views about wind deflectors. Do they work? How easy are they to fit? Does any one do one that does not need holes drilled? (if that is how they are fitted). Have seen a number on the internet and am now confused. Any help or adv...
