Re: Change clock time
Resolved. Inside my centre consul between the seats a Jaguar telephone had been installed by a PO. This I unplugged (it was no longer working) and stored the handset with pigtail cord to one side. With a "light bulb" moment, I re-connected the handset cord, and hay presto, my features around the clo...

Re: Head lights (X100)
Further to my last post, I may of had a poor connection at the rear level sensor. I had removed this sensor completely (not an easy area to work in with corroded nuts) and cleaned up.
Thank you all for your support.

Re: Head lights (X100)
Thank you Astromorg. Very useful information. I do not have a level control knob on my consul. However, the headlights do move up/down (as to adjust level) when I switched them on. So HID I must have. Once I free up my ramp, I will drive the XK8 on it and inspect the level sensors. Will keep the for...

Head lights (X100)
Hi. I am finding my headlights (2004 XK8 - XKR) aiming a bit low on main beam (dip is the same). I have looked at a youtube that shows how to change out the complete headlamp unit, and it looks like there are no final beam aim adjustment? Does anyone know of a clever trick so to raise the main beam ...

Re: Change clock time
Thank you all for your advise. But no further ahead! At 13:00 hours (but the clock showing 14:00 hours) I decided to disconnect the battery. At 16:00 hours I reconnected the battery. After a very short while, the clock jumped to 17:00 hours? So still not showing British winter time? This jump in tim...

Change clock time
Hi.
On my 2004 XK8 (XKR) I am not able to find out how to change the time. I am at this time showing BST, need to show GMT (British Winter Time).
My clock shows up on the same screen that I can select the navigating map on
