Many thanks all its sorted now was the VGR valve replaced both not a hard job but needed hands of a 5 year old and good at fitting bolts in a tight blind wholes but did find it a big help replacing the torqes bolts to allen bolts on start up both valves had a reading of 5% went for a drive and back ...

well pulled of all the pipes to both egr valves and all ok valves looked very dry and clean didnt have time to take them off will do that another day but the map sensor was chocked up cleaned it up but still the same will replace it and dig out those erg valves

Many thanks got the icar soft v 2 a great bit of kit came up with Exhaust Recirculation control Range/performance so fingers crossed egr valves clean and will see what happens
