hi, I,ve been restoring a mk2 for the last 3 years and have registered it with jecs but not the dvla, when would be the best time to claim number, can my number be sold by the dvla

can anyone out there tell me what size are the quarter light window frame fixing are, there are two screws at each end of the frame and five along the chrome strip

no not the vaneer, if you can see in the pic there is a piece of wood that the fixing plate for the rear view miror is atached to, ill see if I can get a better pic brian

I,ve been restoring a mk2 for the past 3 years and am in the process of referbing the quarterlight windows, Ive, removed the glass with helpfull hints from aceman, and had the frames rechromed and the glass polished. I,m trying to reasemble but cannot find the right u channel rubber that goes around...

I,m fitting the head liner in my mk2, i,m restoring and have only got two pics of the fitting to the top of the front screen,it looks like there is a mould that has been fibreglassed to the shell, can anyone advise

got the glass out with no damage to glass,great job done by peterbough plating on the chrome, many thanks, just have to reasemble
