Hi Jeff My clicking sound is more of a rattle so we may have the same problem. Two cures have been suggested to me are:- 1. Mike Thanks for for your advice i will check the car and order the necessary parts , i will get back to you and let you know how i get on. I think new discs and pads are also order of the day so i guess i wil do it all together, any suggesstions on who would supply the pads and discs at a reasonable...

Clicking sound
When driving particularily over a bump or uneven road surface a loud metalic clicking sound is heard mid to left front lower position of the car.
I sounds similar to a bonnet stay being loose, not having one i know that is not the cause.

Hi Mike I have removed the switch, A sort of bayonet type locking device holds it in place. there doesnt appear to be any adjustment on the switch, and it seems to function normally.
