Re: XKR-S Italian Red
I don't have a problem with the car, as it came with 3 year Jaguar warranty. Just interested to know if it has been modified in any way, normally when I sell a vehicle I include all the previous bills. Guessing not everybody does that, it was a simple question either somebody new of it or not.

Re: Over heating
latest news, now told Jagaur don't have the part available (AJ811793) three months before it arrives. Should have gone to a back street garage and had an aftermarket part fitted, now the whole summer is wasted if we get any that is.

Re: Over heating
Took it into Jaguar main dealer last week, repair cost £640 for thermostat and housing. However Jaguar can't suuply the part as on back order, so car now sits in workshop and dealer has no idea when parts will be available.
What a great reason to buy Jaguar, totally a crap service

Re: Shoddy Paintwork
Thank you all for your responses. i'll let you know how it goes Sorry for the slow response, main dealer paid for the repairs after 3 months of haggling. Car has now been tuned to 590bhp without the need for modifications but has been barely used in the last two years, having only covered 300 miles...

Re: Rear Brake Pad Replacement X351
Unfortunatly you will need a special tool to retract the pistons, did consider doing mine however decided due to the cost of the tools and the computer requiring to be reset i'll take it into the dealer.

Advise please Purchased a vehicle back in March, took it back to the main dealer three weeks later due too ripples in the paintwork around the doors. Was assured it most likely left the factory like it, when my vehicle required its annual service i asked my local dealer to have it rectified under wa...
