hi, sorry to seem thick but have all brake and clutch fluids changed to dot? if so what has replaced SAE 70 R3 and is ok for my 1965 3.8 s ?

Hi all, help please, my 1965 3.8 s needs a clutch cylinder change, which fluid to use? I cannot locate SAE 70 R3 heavy duty brake fluid, would appreciate any advice, Thanks.
