Sorry to hear about your problems; but I think we all rely too much on technology today. Gone are the days when you just jumped in a car and drove it!
Thankfully my XJ doesn't have the incontrol system so apart from a slow media/sat nav system its been relatively drama free.

Thanks Ray, the car is booked in for a once over and thankfully under warranty. Technology is good but a pain when it goes wrong. I'll post the results if its fixed.

I've tried that Ray but it doesn't recognise its connected. Its slightly annoying but i've got it booked in with a dealer for a look (under warranty thankfully)

Hi, my second post regarding my XJ.
When my DAB radio is on and I switch on the heated rear window the radio goes off! When the heater is switched off the radio comes back......weird to say the least.
Has anyone had this issue previously?

Hi, I've just purchased a 2010 XJ Supersport and I'm having problems with connecting my iPod or USB stick. The system doesn't seem to recognise either!
I've checked the manuals and youtube for solutions but to no avail. Can anyone enlighten me?
