Hi Mike
As you'd expect, the box isn't where the picture suggests!! Before I start pulling carpet elsewhere, do you have any ideas where it could be otherwise located!!??
Many thanks
David

Re: 358 EPB Warning
Hi Mike Thanks again - I'll give that a try. I found even some of the best local Jag men (West Riding in my case) don't have the capabilities to explore the tech as deeply as the main dealer. Is there anywhere online where I can find images of what the control module looks like and where it's locate...

Re: 358 EPB Warning
Hello again I'm still struggling with the issue of this warning still being on, yet the mechanics are fine and operates properly. Before I commit to sending it back to Jaguar (who agree it works yet cannot clear the fault), I thought I'd have another stab on here first. As I'm trying to sell the car...

Re: 358 EPB Warning
Morning Mike Many thanks for that - I'll try the battery first, though it can't be more than a year old. That said, the car suddenly started running unevenly the other day - the engine would rev up and down on an even 'pulse' and finally clear. I'll get it tested and report back!! Thanks again David

358 EPB Warning
Afternoon I've read through previous topics where the 'Parkbrake Fault' warning is being shown (as it is in my case) and tried the 30 second re-set procedure - without any success. The car's been into my local guy who's checked all mechanicals are working and he's said it's fine and working properly...

Re: X350/358 Production Numbers
Hi Rob
What do you need? VIN is SAJAC73R18TH24213 if that helps? It's a 2008 build on a '57 plate XJR, and I've been told (by West Riding Independent) it's an X358 as opposed t an X350.
I'd just like to know how many of that model were built in 2008 if you can?
Many thanks
David

Re: X350/358 Production Numbers
Hi Mike - sorry for the delay replying. The reason for asking I recently saw one for sale saying it was one of 40-odd built, so I was trying to see if there is a rarity factor with some of them.
Kind regards
David

X350/358 Production Numbers
Hi
Can anyone provide the production numbers for X350/358's for 2007/2008 please? I'm just trying to find out more about my car and have just decoded the VIN details but would like to know anything else I can.
Many thanks!

Steering Shake
Hi I'm at my wits end with a severe steering wheel shake experienced at anything over 60mph. I've recently had four brand new alloys put on, had them balanced 3 times, had them swapped front to back, had the bushes inspected, had the steering inspected and nobody can find anything wrong! The shake c...

Hissing Sid
Hi
Maybe I've never noticed it before, or maybe it's just started, but when I park up there's an audible hiss from the front as the car settles. Is that normal or an indication of impending cost??
Many thanks
David

Re: Multiple Fault Codes
Hi - I nearly forgot to post an update on this one before I head off to Suspension with another issue!! My local, friendly, priced-right mechanic had a look for me and managed to clear the faults, identifying the engine management light being a lambda sensor. I took a long run-out and it cleared, so...
