iCarSoft i930 for sale
I'm selling my iCarSoft i930 diagnostic scanner. I bought it a couple of months ago to diagnose which oxygen sensor had failed on my STR which it did very well. My STR is up for sale so I no longer need the scanner. It cost £90 and is still in it's original box and packaging. Would sell for £70, PM ...

Re: P0037 error code
I fitted the new sensor yesterday and cleared the code and so far everything seems good. The performance of the car is way above anything I've experienced since buying it so I think this problem may have been around since then. I bought the sensor for £50 (now £60 I notice) on eBay here: http://www....

Re: P0037 error code
Thanks again Mike. Looks like Bank 1 is the drivers side. I'm going to change the sensor this weekend so will keep you posted.

Re: P0037 error code
Thanks Mike. All the things I've read on the web say Bank 1 is the drivers side except one that said it was the passenger side!

Re: P0037 error code
Thanks Mike. Do you know if Bank 1 is the drivers side? The i930 all works well except I get an error when I try to get codes from the engine management system (all the others like Transmission, Instruments etc work fine). It will clear the codes and read live data but gives a communication error wh...

P0037 error code
Hi Folks, I've finally got around to trying to fix the engine management light fault I've got with my 2002 STR. I bought an i930 scanner and it's giving me the following code: P0037 H02S heater control circuit low bank 1 sensor 2 From what I've read online this is the drivers side sensor downstream ...
Re: insurance
I ensured my STR through Endsleigh for 5,000 miles, parked on drive, clean licence but 1 claim in last 3 years, 9 years NCD (protected) for just less than £250. Worth a try, just did it through comparethemarket.com.

2007 S-Type diesel prop shaft and differential
Anybody any ideas where I might source these parts? It's for my fathers car which is turning out to be a bit of a pig in a poke I think! The existing diff was leaking when he bought it and he tried having a 2nd hand one fitted unsuccessfully and it now appears the prop shaft needs replaced which is ...

Re: Binding pad on STR?
I had the alignment checked and adjusted on Saturday morning (caster and toe adjusted on front and toe on back). I then took it over to my brother-in-laws work where I got the use of a 2 post ramp to change the front discs and pads. I have to say compared to our Mitsubishi it is a joy to work on. Th...
