I don't think you need be too worried about non OE parts for the mirror. I haven't heard of anyone bothering to make them to compete with Jaguar. Assuming it's the RH (same side as the aerial) mirror, they are the same part numbers for LHD and RHD cars, either for powerfold or non powerfold mirrors...
